The Role
 

Princeton Mortgage is adding a Sr. Recruiter to our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional mortgage loan originators while also actively contributing to our culture of freedom and responsibility.

Job Description
 

The Non-Sales Recruiter will be responsible for executing four main objectives:

  1. Dive an exceptional candidate experience, which includes sourcing, screening, evaluating skill levels, while building strong relationships with candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process.

  2. Act as a partner to hiring managers, and People Operations on talent acquisition-related activities and collaborate on improving current talent acquisition processes.

  3. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research while delivering results in a competitive environment.

  4. Manage relationships with agencies.

The Ideal Candidate Possesses:

 

  • Strong sourcing and recruiting experience, including experience utilizing job boards and source candidates through Boolean searches, social media, LinkedIn, and other online tools.


  • The ability to follow through on their commitments while also holding themselves and others to deliver exceptional results.


  • Knowledge of sales principles, processes, techniques, and tools.

  • The ability to develop sales plans that are future-oriented and reflect an understanding of opportunity and markets.
